The role:

For our Finance Transformation Services we are currently hiring a Record to Report (RTR) Product Owner. You will oversee the delivery of product value streams, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and internal customer needs. This role encompasses the entire lifecycle of RTR products, from design and delivery to ongoing operations. Acting as the primary liaison between the business and Enterprise Platforms & Tech Operations (EPTO), you will play a pivotal role in decision-making regarding priority, scope, and requirements, engaging with stakeholders across the company.

This senior role demands strong negotiation skills and exceptional stakeholder engagement to ensure clarity on customer needs and effective prioritization, fostering a continuous and valuable flow from the team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Crafting a vision for the growth of RTR products that aligns with business and technology objectives and contributes to the EPTO business strategy.
  • Developing a clear and compelling product roadmap that reflects customer needs and get buy-in from both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Fostering understanding and collaboration between the business and technology teams.
  • Cultivating a culture of innovation and experimentation, promoting the freedom to iterate and develop ideas.
  • Securing investment and resources to support product development and growth.
  • Proactively sharing knowledge to drive technology learning and appreciation across the organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experienced Product Owner or Business Analyst in the finance domain, with a strong focus on RTR processes and systems.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance processes and requirements.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, MS Dynamics, Onestream, or Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in both technology and finance, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and collaborate in a global, multicultural environment.

Offer:
