Role and Responsibilities

The LAB SMI Workprep & ERP team is responsible to guide deployment of new SAP, config management or workprep solutions and will bring these to TF step by step. We help translate capability gaps into requirements for IT and when a capability is ready to deploy we drive deployment from within TF. Key in our department WoW is a foundational understanding of content with the ability to structure and manage a project.

For this vacancy we look for a candidate that has knowledge of / affinity with SAP ECC in MNF and associated processes.

The ideal candidate has a good basic knowledge of SAP ECC use in MNF and ability and eagerness to expand their knowledge.


A deployment includes:
- In depth assessment of problem statement & as-is process

- Drive definition of solution direction in line with agreed requirements
- Analyze impact of new concepts for existing ways of working incl. assessment of benefits & costs
- Determine implementation strategies
- Set up / facilitate testing of solutions
- Identify, inform & engage/train impacted groups in TF & MNF on all levels
- Drive decision-making on deployment and solution directions
- Prepare to-the-point updates to TF Departments & management
- Manage risks and escalate to right stakeholders timely

Education and experience

- Master’s Degree in engineering
- Min 5 years working experience in manufacturing or logistics environment
- Project leadership experience
