Customer Success Analyst

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Analyst (m/f/x) in Amsterdam. Our client is specialized in financial services and offering their clients a full service platform, to assist them efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the system for new customers actively
  • Identify opportunities for clients to optimize system functionality
  • Prepare training documentation and guides within the system
  • Analyze and respond to software-related queries from existing clients, executing straightforward requests
  • Proactively collaborate internally with operations and development teams to resolve issues and process complex requests
  • Cultivate sustainable customer relationships and trust through transparent and interactive communication

Profile

  • You have experience in a client-facing role
  • You have experience in Banking, Finance, or Accounting
  • You are interested in transitioning to project management
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are based in the Netherlands
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
