We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior CIAM Consultant, who will bring expertise in CIAM and cybersecurity to guide our clients towards enhanced security and efficiency in their digital operations.

Job Description:

As a CIAM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising our clients on CIAM best practices and guiding them through the implementation and optimization of CIAM solutions within our software ecosystem. You will serve as the primary CIAM subject matter expert (SME), leveraging your extensive technical experience and deep understanding of cloud security to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our CIAM offerings. Collaborating closely with our clients and internal teams, you will provide strategic consultation, technical guidance, and hands-on support to drive the success of CIAM projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary CIAM SME, offering expert guidance and recommendations to clients on CIAM strategies, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements, business objectives, and perspectives within the retail landscape.
• Advise clients on the integration and optimization of CIAM solutions within our SaaS platform, ensuring seamless interoperability with other software tools and systems.
• Lead CIAM projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client CIAM environments, identifying gaps, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in CIAM and cybersecurity, and incorporate relevant insights into client engagements.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within the CIAM team, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on cybersecurity and CIAM.
• Deep understanding of cloud security principles, with experience working within cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
• Proven expertise in CIAM solutions and technologies, including identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and user lifecycle management.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and integrating CIAM solutions within complex software ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexible mindset and adaptability to navigate the evolving landscape of cybersecurity and CIAM.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications in CIAM, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies (e.g., CISSP, CIAM Specialist, AWS Certified Security - Specialty) are highly desirable.
