Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor for a company in Bergen op Zoom.

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, your responsibilities include leading the definition of standards and control methods across departments to meet customer expectations. You'll organize support for optimal and cost-effective quality assurance and lead Customer Care activities, applying CAPA processes. Additionally, you'll establish monitoring systems for intermediates and finished goods, ensuring compliance with PMI and legal standards. You'll proactively identify improvement opportunities, manage corrective and preventive action systems, and coordinate Product Related Special Situations. Acting as a Pillar Member, you'll contribute to the full-year pillar plan aligned with the company's vision. You'll also promote a Continuous Improvement culture, provide direction to the Quality Department, and manage and develop a skilled team.

• A Master’s degree in Quality Management, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering or similar
• Experience in the tobacco, food, or pharmaceutical industry
• Availability of 40 hours per week
• Senior experience in Quality Management (5+ direct reports, 30+ indirect reports).
• Experience in lean methodologies.
• Product and process qualification; Analytical skills
• Strong ability to transform data into information (reporting skills)
• Excellent know how on relevant standards (ISO, GMP, GCP, ICH, GLP, etc.)
• Fluent level of written and spoken English because of job duties (Dutch is a strong plus)
