Program Manager Integral (Field) Planning

DPNT Link is looking for an ambitious supply chain program manager that is able to deliver improvement projects with impact in the area of planning and supply chain management. Exciting role for academics with ⚠+ years’ work experience and strong stakeholder management skills, who are passionate about high tech (service) supply chains.

Job Mission

As part of the Integral Field Product Planning management team, you are responsible to develop and deliver the improvement roadmap that prepares DPNT Link’s planning fundament for the future.

The Integral Field Product Planning department is part of the Planning & Delivery sector, and responsible for:

· Driving planning decisions in the DPNT Link customer supply chain

· Integrating the complete customer demand in the DPNT Link plan cycle

· Achieving performance targets by state-of-art forecasting, planning and inventory management

· Improving the customer supply chain through standardization and automation

Role and Responsibilities

Supporting this mission, your main activities as program manager are:

· Develop and maintain the improvement roadmap

· Identify & initiate projects by securing and managing the required support (budget / resources / timing)

· Lead and coach a team of (senior) project managers to deliver results through projects

· Mobilize and lead cross-sector teams, including conflict resolution between sectors

· Manage the triple constraints of the program and manage dependencies in the portfolio

· Deploy change projects world-wide by connecting with global customer teams

· Engage with senior management regarding progress and bottleneck

Education and experience

Education

Relevant Master degree or equivalent level of thinking in the field of supply chain management and/or program management, e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business studies, Supply Chain Management (MBA is a pre)

Experience

· Project, Program and Portfolio management experience (⚠+ years) in large international companies (industry or consultancy)

· Experience in Planning, Supply Chain and/or Operations, where experience in service supply chains is beneficial

· Deep understanding of supply chain and planning concepts

· Track record of delivering improvement programs through IT solutions and change in business process

Your program team is part of the Planning & Delivery (P&D) sector. In this position you report to the head of Integral Field Product Planning and are part of the P&D portfolio community. P&D is the neutral party within DPNT Link that is responsible for creating the stretched and rational plan for the entire supply chain. DPNT Link’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality leads to significant increase of the company’s activities at customer premise. As a result, we manage a increasingly complex global supply chain network with tens of thousands of unique spare parts and tools with differentiated and affordable state-of-art supply chain concepts. Our workforce drives the planning of this global supply chain network to deliver value for our customers, while optimizing our footprint and capital investments
