Role Overview: The HR Operations Director, Europe, will be responsible for spearheading the establishment and optimization of HR processes, tools, and systems across multiple regions. With a strong emphasis on leadership and operational excellence, the successful candidate will oversee a diverse team to deliver high-quality HR services with a focus on customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Inspire and develop a large team to achieve exceptional results, fostering a culture of high performance and talent development.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and satisfying customer journey for internal stakeholders, maintaining clear SLAs and providing timely analytics to drive business insights.
  • Technology Management: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for HRIS solutions, leveraging digital innovations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Lead efforts to streamline processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality services, conducting regular reviews to optimize vendor relationships.
  • Project & Change Management: Drive change initiatives and lead projects to improve HR services and support organizational objectives.

Role Scope:

  • Responsibilities: HR Customer Services, Payroll Services, HR Systems, Employee Master Data Management, Management Information & Analytics.
  • Key Stakeholders: European Leadership Team, HR Leadership Team, Third-party HR Solution Partners.
