Roles and responsibilities:

• Act as the contact person for a broad variety of legal issues and working with a lot of different (Dutch and international) colleagues;
• Draft and negotiate a variation of commercial contracts with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders;
  
• Advise on a wide range of employment law matters that impact Nomios' business operations;
  
• Advise on the various risks within Nomios' business operations (including the implications of contracts and data protection & privacy);
• Participate in the rollout and development of various policies within the broader Nomiosgroup (which also includes training our employees);
• Play an important role in the management and further rollout of the legal department's digital systems and tools, used throughout the European Group.
• Anticipate and identify the impact of relevant changes in legislation and regulations that are relevant to the Nomios Group's business.
• Act as the Sparring partner for the Group General Counsel, to whom you report directly.

• At least three years of work experience in a legal position (for example as a trainee lawyer ( advocaat-stagaire) or in-house counsel).
• A completed university education.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with (Dutch) civil law, with in-depth experience in complicated contract practices.
• Extensive experience in (Dutch) employment law.
• Affinity with IT systems and (an interest in) legal-technical solutions.
• Passion and experience in projects involving corporate social responsibility and ESG.
• Knowledge and experience with privacy law (GDPR) and/or IT law is an advantage.
• A good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written, multiple languages are an advantage.
• You are a team player, practical and commercially oriented, proactive and enthusiastic about new challenges.
