In this role you are working in and managing projects for the global portfolio for SN Powders & Technology. You are responsible for building scientific understanding of phenomena taking place during dissolving, heating, emulsifying and drying. You will evaluate the stability of applied proteins, the stability of emulsions and the protein mineral interactions. You will explore and test new technologies for concentrating milk and plant-based emulsions, leading to better powder properties, reduced energy consumption and reduction in the carbon footprint.

About you

• Master’s degree in food technology or Chemical Engineering.
• 7+ years’ experience within the food industry, especially in the field of dairy technology focussing on physical chemistry and process technology

• Background in dairy science and technology
• Good understanding of statistics
• Strong leadership skills: attitude for empowering others (building vision)
