Recently Kramp introduced a new operating model. In order to increase the responsiveness to local market dynamics the company introduced Cluster Management Teams to drive the business in different regions

We are looking for a

Global Business Process Owner

who is accountable for all E2E business processes.

With the introduction of the Global Business Process Owner role, we aim to streamline and optimize business processes that span different functional areas, business, and geographical units (business units and clusters). The goal is to realize an even more efficient design of these business processes, which ensures continuous improvement, to create scalable processes that allow Kramp to optimally serve its customers.

What is your role?

You develop the E2E process vision and define the associated process KPI’s (for example suppliers OTIF). You manage, improve, and standardize the E2E processes and ensure E2E process stability, process continuity and the performance of the E2E process through improving the process design, properly structuring implementation support and training and enabling the different process users.

You also develop a change plan and enable the various disciplines to achieve process efficiency and effectiveness goals through joint functional KPIs. You have strong decision-making mandate- that extends across functions, categories, and clusters to develop an E2E process-driven mentality and cross-functional working method within Kramp.Y

our specific responsibilities include:

You determine the E2E process by creating an E2E process vision and defining standards, identifying, sharing and securing best practices and drawing up joint process KPIs. You are responsible for mapping processes and the effectiveness of process transitions from one organizational (sub) area to another.

You improve the E2E process by jointly determining standardization and process improvement initiatives and setting up the approval process to assess intended process changes.

You assess and approve change proposals with the aim of ensuring E2E process optimization and support the implementation of process improvements where necessary.

You oversee the implementation of the E2E process by providing process users with periodic process and policy training and provide solutions to process performance problems.

To safeguard and improve process performance, you will work together with the Executive Board, the various functions, the cluster Managing Directors/Management Teams and the Group PMO.

Who are you?

For this job we have a couple of requirements:

10+ years of relevant work experience in a senior management position

University education in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain / Operations management

Work experience in, for example, wholesale, eCommerce, retail, manufacturing industry

Experienced change & expectations manager

Excellent communicator with strong business and financial acumen

Solid knowledge of and experience with Supply Chain management and S&OP

Lean Six Sigma / CI knowledge and experience

Languages: English is a requirement. Other languages are a plus.
