• Familiar with hydraulic, electrical and mechanical operations

• You have good communication skills

what will you do

As an assembly worker at John Deere, you will work on building tractors. You will do this according to the customer's wishes which makes the work varied.
Your duties as an assembler are:

• Preparing and/or assembling components or installations and mounting them on tractors according to drawings
• Perform quality checks on the assembled tractors
• Locate and resolve any malfunctions
• Working with colleagues to improve the standard work process
• Proactive thinking and identifying any anomalies
