As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dow Terneuzen, Netherlands, recruiting talent is your quality and specialty. Specifically, when it comes to hiring young professionals, you clearly have experience with profiles that do not come to blows, especially in the Chemical industry. You know how to attract talent and as a Junior Recruiter you regularly fill in profiles and support the entire hiring process. The entire process has your attention, from recruitment to selection. What’s your job about? Support the hiring managers with find the best talent for their outstanding Campus requisitions by applying different sourcing tools and various communication techniques. Understanding the Early Career Hiring needs and translate those expectations in attractive job descriptions and translating this into a tangible recruitment strategy. Collaborate with Talent sourcers and external vendors to catch the right talent pools. Ensure flawless and timely communication with Hiring managers, Vendors, prospects, and applicants. Take the lead and be the key contact between Hiring managers and candidates during the salary offer process. Identify and drive Strategic Recruitment opportunities for (future) improvements.
