Due to our significant growth we are looking for candidates to strengthen our highly diverse team.

  • People Together with the ServiceNow management team you will be working on selling and delivering interesting ServiceNow deals. In your role as manager you will be responsible for managing delivery projects as well as consultancy projects at various clients and is expected that you’re able to setup a project approach, staffing and determine the scope.

  • Processes As a ServiceNow Delivery Manager, you will consult on- and implement ServiceNow solutions to support all IT and non-IT services. As the ServiceNow platform has a broad spectrum of components, you will work with most Service Management methodologies as well as cutting-edge technologies like ITOM, Machine Learning, DevOps and AI.

  • Technology Working at Accenture is working together with ambitious and talented colleagues from all over the world. Through the trusted relationships you build, you help our clients develop essential capabilities such as Service Integration, Service Automation, Multi-Speed IT operating models, to get the best out of the increasingly complex IT ecosystem clients are operating.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need

  • A minimum completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in the areas of Business or IT;

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Dutch;

  • At least 5-10 years of working experience in the area of IT, with relevant management skills.

  • Experience with ServiceNow (delivery);

  • Experience in Service Management (ITIL, IT4IT);

  • Experience with project and/or consulting type of work;

  • Experience with Project management (Waterfall, Agile).

  • Team player with strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills;

  • You are creative, client focused and mindset to deliver value to our clients;

  • Experience in driving sustainable, organizational change;
