Our client is an active investor in the financial, strategic and operational sense, enabling its portfolio companies to achieve accelerated growth both organically and through acquisitions. Tasks and responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly reporting package of the Private Equity Funds
• Consolidate figures of the Private Equity Funds on a quarterly basis
• All what is connected to the above, like day-to-day bookkeeping (Exact Online), VAT/CIT/WHT returns, prepare payments, issue capital calls, prepare dividend distributions, cashflow forecasting, prepare funding of the deal flow, etc.
• Review quarterly figures of the portfolio companies
• Maintain and update the audit file during the book year
• First contact of the auditor and responsible for the yearly (interim) audit process
• First contact for questions of the Depositary regarding cashflows
• Prepare return analyses
• Ad hoc reporting to investors
• Prepare yearly GIPS calculations
• Prepare financial statements of companies related to the Funds
• DNB filings (e-Line BB, ESMA reporting)

Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Higher Education / University degree in accounting / related fields
• 5+ years' experience international audit/accounting/trust firms
• Solid knowledge of Exact or equivalent accounting systems
• Accurate, pro-active and pragmatic
• Excellent in English, ideally also in Dutch
