Gartner’s GROWING Consulting business providesindependent support for International organisations such as the EU, UN and NATO as well as National, Regional and Local Governments. Providing data driven support to decision making, informed by world class research across a range of current and emerging digital challenges, our teams aim to save taxpayers money and improve citizen outcomes for international bodies as well as national, regional and local governments.

We are currently looking for a highly talented Strategy Consulting professional (for example, highly commercial Senior Managers, Directors, Engagement Managers, Associate Partners, Principals etc), with a strong understanding of technology and digital transformation, to join our world-class Strategy Consulting Public Sector team in Germany.

The Managing Partner, Public Sector, will provide technology foresight and intelligence to senior leaders at Gartner clients within large Public Sector bodies based in The Netherlands (predominantly in Amsterdam and Rotterdam).

We seek candidates with the ability to advise at the highest level, experience we’re seeking:

• Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm;

• MBA qualification desirable;

• An understanding of the Public Sector (eg: Defence, Security and Public Safety; Tax administration and regulation; Social and Healthcare; Smart Cities)

• Experience in one or more of:

  • CIO Advisory Services

  • IT Strategy

  • Cloud Strategy

  • Applications modernization

  • Data, Analytics and AI

  • Sourcing and Contract Optimisation

• Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles

• Experience of developing GTM strategy and active contribution to sales pursuits and proposals
