The branches of Mammoet serve as the vital center of our daily operations. As a Branch Manager, you'll experience the dynamic nature of our work firsthand, where each day presents unique challenges and opportunities. With a wide range of responsibilities, your adeptness in balancing these diverse areas will be crucial in maintaining a standard of operational excellence that consistently exceeds the expectations of our customers.

• Oversee and manage daily operations within the branch.
• Implement strong account management practices.
• Handle contract management responsibilities effectively.
• Lead and supervise personnel within the branch.
• Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the branch activities.
• Maintain compliance with internal standards, procedures, systems and local legislation.
• Work towards achieving branch or district objectives aligned with commercial requirements, planning and budget constraints.

• Extensive expertise in sales management, contract management, and operations management at an advanced level.
• Professional-level experience in financial management.
• Fluent proficiency in both verbal and written Dutch and English.
• Relevant role-related qualification(s).
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, or mining sectors.
• 10 years of broad and relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
