Project And Product Manager - Procurement Systems

As part of our Business Technology team, we are seeking a skilled Project and Product Manager specializing in \"indirect and direct procure to pay process\".

The Project and Product Manager for Indirect and Direct Procurement at Rituals will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT landscape for the procurement lifecycle. This role requires exceptional project management and product owner capabilities to ensure the successful execution of procurement-related initiatives.

Apart from this your responsibilities will include:

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans for and together with the procurement and finance business partners, including identifying objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, working together with solution architects and business analysts within the Business Technology team, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the procurement process.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
Product Owner Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for P2P-related products, defining product vision, and developing a product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects and business analysts, to gather and prioritize product requirements and manage the product backlog.
  • Work closely with development teams, architects, and business analysts to ensure product features align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience (5 years) in project/product management within finance/procurement, or a related field within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry, with a strong technological orientation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complexity in projects and derive actionable insights
  • Ability to utilize data-driven insights to drive optimizations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance procurement processes
  • Experience with Coupa is considered advantageous for this role
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions
  • Agile mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment, adapting to changes and driving initiatives forward
