For our client in 's-Hertogenbosch, we are looking for a HR Generalist (m/f/x), for 40 hours per week.

Our client offers cutting-edge enterprise subscription management solutions. They specialize in developing top-notch software solutions for managing subscription expenses and usage. Their goal is to empower global enterprises to efficiently oversee the entire life cycle of their market data, research, software licenses, and other corporate expenditures.

Tasks and Responsibilties of the HR Generalist:

• Provide HR support to approximately 50 employees across multiple countries: Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Germany, Singapore
• Deliver high-level customer service to assist employees and company management with HR matters
• Utilize HR systems and platforms to their full capacity
• Process payroll for multiple legal entities
• Assist with implementation, administration, and education of company-wide HR policies, procedures, and practices
• Drive HR strategies to support the client operational objectives and business growth
• Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with accountants and lawyers in various countries

Your profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
• 3-4 years of experience in roles directly related to personnel administration
• Proficient in Dutch and English, written and spoken
• Well versed in all MS Office applications
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Motivated and proactive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and high integrity
