VP of Demand Generation

The role is offered on a hybrid basis from our beautiful canal-side office inAmsterdam.

Your Mission

As the VP of Demand Generation, your mission is to lead and represent the Demand Generation team within our management structure, driving the execution of local strategies seamlessly across our organization. Your primary focus will be on leading the team, driving our revenue growth, and optimising operations to support our multi-product offerings in the HR tech SaaS space.

About the Team

As our VP ofDemand Generation you will be reporting into CCO. Theteam is a group of dynamic and talented individuals dedicated to driving growth and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives. Composed of skilled marketers with a passion for innovation, the team thrives on collaboration and creativity to achieve our company's goals.

Your 12-Month Journey
During the first 3 months:

Familiarize yourself with our company culture, values, and existing demand generation strategies.

Dive deep into understanding our products, target audience, and market positioning.

Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments, particularly with sales, customer success, partnerships, RevOps, local demand generation teams, product marketing and brand.

Assess current demand generation strategy and identify areas for improvement.

Develop a solid understanding of our existing tools and systems.

Within 6 months:

Implement improvements to streamline demand generation operations and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Work closely with local teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of local strategies.

Launch new initiatives to expand our reach and drive demand across multiple products.

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

After 1 year:

Successfully scale the demand generation team to support company growth objectives.

Establish the Demand Generation team as a strategic partner within the management team, contributing valuable insights and recommendations.

Drive significant improvements in demand generation effectiveness, resulting in measurable increases in revenue and market share.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the demand generation team.

Position the company for long-term success in a competitive market landscape through innovative demand generation strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and representing the Demand Generation team within the management structure.

Collaborating with local teams to execute local strategies seamlessly.

Partnering up with our VP of Brand and consistently aligning our Demand Generation strategies to our Brand Strategy across all markets

Scaling the demand generation team to support company growth.

Driving initiatives to enhance cross-functional collaboration and streamline operations.

Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing strategies to maximize results.

Recruiting and developing top-tier talent within the demand generation team.

Contributing valuable insights and recommendations to the management team.

Positioning the company for long-term success through innovative demand generation strategies.

What you’ll bring to the team:

Proven experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with a track record of achieving pipeline and revenue targets

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively as well as the ability to execute and effectively drive results

Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills

Ability to influence the Executive Team and other key stakeholders with innovative and detailed demand generation proposals and plans

A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to sharing success

A highly organised individual who can take complex problems and derive high impact solutions
