The team: The Technical Development team innovates and delivers sustainable products, managing the entire technical development process from concept to physical garments. We prioritize quality, excellence, and meeting company and divisional KPIs. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across Product Development, design, merchandising, and global teams, this role is integral to embodying the brand's identity. The Position: You have a strong skill set in technical development for women's wear and play a crucial role in driving the development of new seasonal silhouettes across the global supply chain. Collaborate closely with design, merchandise, and product development teams to interpret sketches, curate collections, understand market needs, and ensure you meet shared deadlines effectively. Role and Responsibilities: - Engage in research and development initiatives. - Attend fit meetings, record feedback, and facilitate internal and external communication. - Maintain data integrity in PLM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Adhere to critical path timelines for timely delivery of collections. - Collaborate with the overseas offices, sourcing, and quality assurance, and handle ad hoc tasks such as sample organization and reporting.
