Manager of Finance & HR

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial professional who will take the initiative and join us in taking the organization to new heights. As Manager of Finance & HR at Issos, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in steering both our financial and human resources processes to new heights. We are looking for someone with a solid character and experience in finance and HR functions, who is communicatively strong and has the ability to draw quick conclusions from data.

You will also run the daily project administration together with the department and monitor the financial processes. You will learn to understand our professional organization by diving deep into the numbers!

Duties, work and responsibilities:

As Manager of Finance & HR, you will be responsible for managing financial and HR processes, with a wide range of duties and responsibilities:

  • Financial administration, including project controlling, general ledger and payment administration, accounts receivable and accounts payable management, liquidity management, budgeting and budgeting.
  • HR duties such as recruitment and selection, payroll, personnel movements/files, coordination of training and development programs, supervision of onboarding and termination processes, and drafting and implementation of HR policies.
  • Contribute to process improvement and structuring of the organization.
  • Oversee sales billing, purchase invoices, leave and sick records, or IT management. However, the execution of these tasks lies with your colleagues.
  • Expansion possible : supervision of quality and safety audits.
  • Expansion possible : fleet management.
  • Expansion possible : safety, quality and environmental issues.
  • Expansion possible : prevention officer.

What do we ask?

  • HBO/WO work and thinking level;
  • >3 years of relevant work experience in finance and/or HR positions, preferably in the same or similar industry;
  • Excellent command of Excel and ERP package;
  • Strong, smooth and cheerful personality;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a sparring partner for management;
  • Cost consciousness (prioritizing financial implications of decisions);
  • Analytical, quick to draw conclusions from data;
  • Confidentiality (numbers) and reliability;
  • Preferably : passion for the interior design profession or project-based organization!
