As a production employee at Nedal Aluminium in Utrecht, you will get to work checking and updating important aluminum products. You arrive on time and have a cup of coffee or tea. Then you discuss the handover with colleagues from the previous shift. Then you prepare your work well and divide the work together with your colleague. Everyone on the floor starts by learning basic skills. Later you can advance to operator or press driver. At Nedal they appreciate it when you do your best and are open to learning new things. This happens in a neat and safe working environment to which you contribute. The position of production employee starts in a two-shift operation from 06:30 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:30.  A little later you will join the three shifts from 07:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 23:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
