If you are passionate about making a positive environmental impact and are experienced in mechanical leadership, be part of the mission and apply today!  Manpower is looking for a Team Lead Mechanical for an energy company in Amsterdam.  In this exciting role as a Team Leader you oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, which all comply with company policies. To ensure completion of all maintenance work, you prioritize tasks and organize the mechanical maintenance team. The rest of your responsibilities consist of:  - Executing technical tasks, including modifications and re-engineering of installations as needed - Installing, operating, maintaining, and repairing all installation equipment - Enforcing technical standards, especially in health and safety, among the maintenance team members - Participating in performance reviews and appraisals to support team development - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment within stores, workshops, container areas, and all locations - Maintaining adequate supplies of essential products on site continuously - Documenting and scheduling maintenance programs for utilities with site visits and reports This is a part of your task list, we would love to tell you more in a personal conversation!  What’s in it for you - Gross salary between €4,500.- and €5,000.- per month     - Direct contract with our client - Reimbursement of travel costs according to company regulations  - Full-time job of 40 hours a week  - Bonus scheme based on stated business results - At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - At
