Role and Responsibilities
Through our management traineeship, you will unlock your potential and develop a well-rounded understanding of ASML. Every 6 to 12 months, you will rotate into a new and diverse assignment (leading to 4 assignments in total). You will have the opportunity to undertake various roles within different technical sectors at ASML. While you’ll operate in a technical environment, your role will not require a focus on any specific technical expertise. Instead, the assignments will challenge you to incorporate various skills and a high over perspective to find a solution.
As a management trainee (in technology), You will:
Be able to make your mark by leading, and potentially creating, your own assignments, each holding a high-over technical component with concrete deliverables.
Work in an inclusive environment with projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, innovation and/or product development.
Follow a tailored training program to develop your leadership skills, strategic mindset, and interpersonal capabilities.
Be guided by both a senior manager and a coach, who will empower you through your journey at ASML.
Collaborate with fellow trainees and colleagues at all levels of the organization and build up a broad network.
Education and experience
Performing well under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced environment is essential to succeed as an ASML management trainee. Here, you’ll need:
A bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree in any kind of technical background.
Maximum 6 months of relevant working experience.
You completed your Education less than 1 year ago or will be fully graduated before 1st August 2024.
Availability to start the traineeship on September 1st, 2024.
Preferably – but not mandatory – experience in extracurricular activities, such as serving as part of the board for a student association or volunteer work.
