Operations Support Specialist

The Customer Operations Administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing key administrative tasks related to Order to Cash transactions. This position involves supporting internal and external accounts within the EU Business areas, and you will contribute to the seamless execution of administrative functions.Engaging in regular meetings with European Customer Operations teams to understand their future needs and collaborate with them; ~ Aiding in resolving EDI backlog and errors in SAP for customer orders; ~ Supporting in management of orders and inquiries; ~ Generating replacements and credits for products in SAP and the B2B Portal for Retailers; ~ Strong communication and written skills in English and German; ~Order & backlog management experience; ~ Good organizational and planning skills; ~ Strong team player and relationship builder; ~ Experience in SAP or another ERP system.
