Responsibilities: - Enforcing building codes to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements - Using computer-aided design software to create detailed plans of buildings or structures - Regularly communicating with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project progress - Maintaining a library of building materials and equipment suppliers to ensure design feasibility - Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure construction plans meet engineering requirements - Developing construction schedules and cost estimates to determine project budgets - Assisting architects in the design stages by creating detailed drawings of building layouts and interior designs - Creating 3D models using computer-aided design programs like AutoCAD or Revit to simulate the finished project - Reviewing blueprints created by engineers or architects to ensure code requirements are met Skills: - Academic qualifications at the 12th-grade level or equivalent technical course, with training in Drawing, Measurement, and experience in preparation and supervision of HVAC, Electrical (strong and weak currents), and Hydraulic specialties - Proficiency in teamwork and BIM platform design - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Sense of responsibility and ability to make commitments - Punctuality and commitment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Office software, AutoCAD, Autocad MEP, Revit, or other relevant programs - Driver's license for Lightduty Vehicles
