Lead a team of 5 production employees. Responsibility for the entire production process, from preparation to dispatch. Ensuring that our products meet high quality and safety requirements. Active participation in production work while maintaining coordinating tasks. Reporting to the production manager and working effectively with various departments. Working in a 3-/4- or 5-shift system. - MBO working and thinking level. - Experience in similar position in food industry. - Good verbal and written skills in English. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene rules. - Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude and result orientation.
