Reporting to the Operations Manager, provide engineering support to the Operations Team by:

• Investigate quality issues on site, supporting the Quality Lead by leading RCAs, researching production issues, trend analysis etc.
• Trend analysis and monitoring of process and equipment to help identify emerging issues before they occur.
• Focus on development of the production processes to ensure Stable and Reliable Operations and drive business results improvements (yield & throughput)
• Support Request for Change and Management of Change processes
• Identifying and resolving performance constraints
• Leading small continuous improvement projects
• Providing initial research and understanding of larger problems to initiate larger capital projects with the Projects Team
• Offer continued support to the Project team during subsequent stages of large capital projects.
• Support IT & OT team in Early Warning Dashboard development as required.
• Support updates to procedures and site documentation.
• Contribute to the site's learning culture where ideas are welcomed, challenged & executed to drive continuous improvement
• Demonstrate & promote a commitment to safety & operational excellence

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• 3+ years in the chemical manufacturing industry providing technical input to production processes
