To be part of the production team in manufacturing curved composite and plastic products using our very special technology and ensuring our products are made on-time, to-cost and to-quality. Main duties and responsibilities of the Production Technician: - Production of composite products through thermoforming, vacuum infusion and prepregging processes - Developing and implementing improvements in manufacturing processes - Strict quality control of products - Operation and control of large equipment - Maintain a tidy workfloor Who are you? - Education Minimum MBO with experience - Experience Experience in composites production, or at least familiar with composite materials Demonstrable production work experience of a factory/shop floor environment - Other Comfortable with the English language Physically fit to support some heavy lifting
