You: The ideal candidate

If you possess initiative, can shine both independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for workshop equipment, then we want to hear from you!


  • Regional market analysis, goal setting, and strategy development
  • Bottom-up sales planning, sales pipeline management, forecasting
  • Development and implementation of sales partners
  • Management and coaching of sales partners and dealers
  • Expansion of business with existing sales partners and creation of additional sales channels
  • Implementation of new product solutions
  • Transmission of feedback on products and services from the market to headquarters

  • A degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, or similar field
  • At least five years of relevant sales experience in an international context
  • Well-developed analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability for strategic thinking and tactical action
  • Good understanding of B2B2C business

  • Networker: Experience in building, expanding, and maintaining a strong network of highly qualified dealers. You feel just as comfortable in the workshop as you do in leadership-level discussions. You know how to close deals, are patient yet persistent, loyal, and reliable.
  • Industry knowledge: Knowledge in the field of workshop equipment, especially lifting technology.
  • Multilingual: Excellent proficiency in English and German, plus proficiency in at least one additional language.
  • Flexible working: Willingness to work from home and to travel frequently within and outside of Europe.
  • Enthusiastic team player: Ready to become part of our motivated team.
