Your responsibilities will include maintaining consistent communication with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the planning remains on track, continuously monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary for timely execution, with a focus on maximizing profitability and efficiency. In this role, you will oversee the comprehensive project schedule, based on the building strategy plan, and work closely with Project Core Team members as well as relevant external entities such as co-makers and subcontractors. You will actively engage in discussions with the Project Core Team and Project Leaders from third-party collaborators to address project advancement, discrepancies, and underlying causes. Your adaptability will be key as you identify bottlenecks and potential risks, providing recommendations for mitigating actions and possible remedies as needed ( , outsourcing, subcontracting, additional staffing, or adjustments to priority within the plan).
