We require a Senior Dynamics ⚠ Functional Lead (m/f/x), who is a qualified accountant, proficient in FX Foreign Exchange, VAT, Tax, across multiple countries. It is essential that you are experienced working on a D⚠ implementation. The implementation is complex and involves ⚠ countries.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynamics ⚠ Finance module
• Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system aligns with the finance department's needs and effectively supports the organization's financial operations
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Lead the implementation and configuration of the Dynamics ⚠ Finance module, ensuring it meets the finance department's requirements and industry best practices. Manage the integration of the ERP system with other finance-related applications and systems
• Develop and implement data governance and security policies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of financial data
• Provide training and support to finance users on the effective use of the ERP system, including conducting workshops and creating user documentation
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, particularly in the finance domain, and recommend innovative solutions to drive process efficiency and effectiveness

Profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
• You are available for a minimum of ⚠ hours per week
• You have proven experience as a functional lead or similar role, specifically with Dynamics ⚠ Finance
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices
• You are proficient in configuring and customizing Dynamics ⚠ Finance to meet business requirements
• You have experience in integrating ERP systems with other finance-related applications and systems
• You have experience with how to implement currency translation adjustment
• You have experience with international Tax and VAT
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You have knowledge of data governance and security practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• You have relevant certifications in Dynamics ⚠ Finance or related ERP systems are a plus
