We require a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Lead (m/f/x), who is a qualified accountant, proficient in FX Foreign Exchange, VAT, Tax, across multiple countries. It is essential that you are experienced working on a D365 implementation. The implementation is complex and involves 18 countries.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynamics 365 Finance module
• Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system aligns with the finance department's needs and effectively supports the organization's financial operations
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Lead the implementation and configuration of the Dynamics 365 Finance module, ensuring it meets the finance department's requirements and industry best practices. Manage the integration of the ERP system with other finance-related applications and systems
• Develop and implement data governance and security policies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of financial data
• Provide training and support to finance users on the effective use of the ERP system, including conducting workshops and creating user documentation
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, particularly in the finance domain, and recommend innovative solutions to drive process efficiency and effectiveness

Profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
• You are available for a minimum of 16 hours per week
• You have proven experience as a functional lead or similar role, specifically with Dynamics 365 Finance
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices
• You are proficient in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance to meet business requirements
• You have experience in integrating ERP systems with other finance-related applications and systems
• You have experience with how to implement currency translation adjustment
• You have experience with international Tax and VAT
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You have knowledge of data governance and security practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• You have relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance or related ERP systems are a plus
