Operational Planner (Mechanical Modelshop)

Job Mission

In this role you will be responsible for Logistics from the QLTC performance measurements. Feeding our team of buyers with the right information to make the correct Make or Buy decision.

To fulfill the teams needs you know all about visualisation the manufacturability capacity’s on short- and long term. This will ask a for a close collaboration with our supply chain. U understand how to have an early impact on delivery times, forecast and planning. With all this knowledge u build decision making forecast models to realise the challenges within scope.

In this job you build your advice mainly based on data that u translate to information. The knowledge u get from your information we use in collaboration with the supply chain. *U Combine data from SAP, Spotfire and our Modelshop Tool back to Excel of any other BI-tools.

Besides the operational planning and coordination tasks also backing up the team with operational tasks is an important role within the “front office”. On top of this you will be part-time project leader for improvement projects within Modelshop scope.

Your main responsibility is to get the best possible and most reliable delivery dates of our orders (internal and external). Therefore you are owner of the logistical KPI’s, a pro-active attitude is required.

Education

• Bachelor
• Green belt

Experience

• Approximately 2 years in a planning related function
• Affinity with production environments
• High Excel knowledge
• Proven Improvement projects
