DOING ????

• You continuously generate leads for Quintop in your network and stimulate other Quintop colleagues in their commercial skills.
• You independently manage a number of clients and explore new markets for Quintop.
• You mentor or manage part of the Quintop team and be an inspiration to other junior, medior and senior consultants.
• You generate and lead projects at our (international) clients.
• You provide advice or deliver projects/programmes in the field of Digital HR Transformation, HR Operating Model or the People impact of an Organisational Development/Reorganisation.
• You deliver the projects independently to get the best out of your project team (including Quintop consultants) to achieve the project goals.
• Through your knowledge, experience, and skills in the field of HR transformation you contribute to the success of the customer.

YOU ARE/HAVE… ????

• You are a natural leader and substantially contribute to our company growth.
• You have a large business network, and you generate leads for yourself and others.
• You are passionate about HR Consulting and have up-to-date knowledge of HR themes and HR trends and know how to translate this into concrete HR solutions: experience with the implementation of HR technology (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) or HR Shared Services/Global Business Services is a plus.
• You actively contribute to Quintop’s purpose and values.
• You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience as a consultant and/or project manager including working for multinationals.
• You master the English language (both verbally and in writing).
• You are in the possession of a college/university degree.
