with more then 20 concept stores and an online shop.
Our assortment encompasses diversity through a unique selection of products and labels
that entice you to forage your way through the store. The Kauf Dich Glücklich world was
born out of love for details. We carry clothing and accessories for women and men, home
accessories, books and magazines focusing on Design, Art and Lifestyle as well as natural
beauty products and a whole lot more. Our product selection is strongly influenced by
Scandinavian design language and aesthetics which coincides with our focus on the
european market. In addition, we have a house label Kauf Dich Glücklich collection which
includes clothing for women and men, shoes and bags as well as home accessories and stationary products.

Your Tasks:
- Leading and motivating the team.
- Providing expert customer consultation.
- Overseeing daily store operations.
- Managing personnel recruitment.
- Organizing and executing store training & events.
- Overseeing the cash register system.
- Handling inventory management and maintenance.
- Executing visual merchandising.
- Collaborating with Head Office and other branches.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience in textile or general retail.
- A keen interest in fashion and lifestyle.
- Team-oriented, sociable, and adaptable.
- Skilled in personnel management.
- Organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
- Experienced with merchandise management systems.
- Capable of independent work and making informed decisions.
- Passionate about our store concept and products.
