Please note that the deadline to apply is Tuesday, May 21st at 12 noon. The Department and Team The Talent team is part of HR and based at the European Headquarters in Amsterdam. The team is responsible for providing all office-based associates throughout EMEA with opportunities for career planning, personal growth, and professional development. This is done through enabling an end-to-end talent approach, an offering which is enabled and embedded via an agile team of global talent professionals. The team in Amsterdam collaborates closely with the Global Talent Center of Expertise based in the US and with all the market HUBs teams in EMEA. Key Responsibilities: - Participates in the implementation and execution of talent management and development programs and initiatives by ensuring accurate communication and scheduling of (virtual) facilitator-led programs and workshops, enabling associates to sign up through our Learning Management System. - Prepares and maintains a variety of written documentation, including policies and procedures, reports and presentations, training or job aids and develops and/or conducts training on talent related topics and systems. - Serves as a first point of contact to the HR Business Partners, our EU & Global Talent Partners, HR Advisors and the business for talent management and development related queries, programs and tools, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner. - Supports th
