Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR People Partner to join our PA office in The Netherlands. Reporting into the Head of People of Nordics & The Netherlands, this HR People Partner will work alongside other regional HR People Partners and global HR Centres of Excellence to enable our people and act as an advisor to the Leadership team of The Netherlands. We are looking for someone to help us on our mission to set a new benchmark for a consulting place to work and accelerate the growth journey of the region. The ideal candidate can work both on a strategic level as an advisor for our leadership team and enjoys executing day-to-day operational HR activities for the local office.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic advisor on People and Organisation related matters for the NL leadership team.
  • Responsible for the Strategic Workforce Plan creation and execution
  • Partner with the Leadsof PA’s Sector and Capability teams to develop and implementtheir people agendas, ensuring alignment to the global people strategy.
  • Enable effective delivery of operational HR activities in The Netherlands across PAs people pillars (1. recruit & onboard, 2. mentor & develop, 3. reward & recognise, 4. support & engage).
  • Coach and confidant for people in the region, including Employee Relationship topics around (mental) health and wellbeing.
  • Enable a high-performance culture through strong performance management and talent development, drawing on expertise from PA’s Talent Team.
  • Utilize the support from the global HR Centres of Excellence (e.g. People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to provide necessary input for the regional processes.
  • Work with team Leads and Line Managers to develop and optimise people management capability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our People Partnering processes and policies.
  • Opportunity to deepen HR expertise through leadership and / or collaboration in global HR project teams to develop and implement new ways of working in HR.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Partner role; HR role in Consulting or Professional Service Firm preferred.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practice in The Netherlands, including knowledge of Dutch employment law
  • Demonstrated experience of People Strategy and People Transformation management, preferably in a professional services firm with a matrix structure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which enable you to engage and influence senior stakeholders, fluency in both English and Dutch would be required
  • Strong organisational skills, able and excited to manage a high volume but rewarding workload
