THE POSITION Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our People & Culture department as a Talent Acquisition Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for talent acquisition. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field and grow their career in HR. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will: - Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings. - Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate communication. - Participate in recruitment events and job fairs. - Provide support with administrative tasks as needed.
