As a maintenance assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the facilities and providing a comfortable environment for our guests. You will work closely with the maintenance team and report to the assistant or Chief Engineer. Responsibilities: - Informing guests and colleagues about planned work and its progress. - Correct use and maintenance of necessary materials and equipment. - Performing maintenance and light technical tasks and cleaning duties - Working safely and environmentally consciously according to applicable guidelines. - Planning, reporting, and keeping track of completed tasks. - Assisting colleagues when necessary. - Maintaining an orderly and tidy workplace. - Carefully adhering to safety regulations. - Providing general support to the Technical Department. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cleaning work. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and KNOW Mobile. - Good command of the English language, knowledge of Dutch is a plus. - Ability to perform tasks independently and willingness to learn. - Flexibility in working hours and availability on Saturdays.
