As the initial and final point of contact, your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, offering information, and overseeing administrative duties. With shifts spanning day, evening, and night, you'll be instrumental in cultivating a warm atmosphere, consistently surpassing guests' expectations. Responsibilities: - Check-in and check-out processes, taking ownership to make each guest's stay memorable - Handling administrative tasks seamlessly throughout your shift - Record and action guest feedback to achieve memorable experiences - Providing a 'wow' factor with a sparkling personality We are looking for someone who: - Has prior experience in hotel front office roles - Is adaptable to flexible shifts on both weekdays and weekends - Has excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Dutch is an advantage) - Is capable of personally addressing and resolving guest requests and concerns.
