The group in Terneuzen is part of the global Core R&D Analytical Science organization that is delivering essential measurement science and problem-solving capabilities to accelerate manufacturing and research and development projects. The organization is critical to the success of many projects and activities in Dow ranging from innovative research for new product development and product/process improvements to resolving and avoiding production issues in manufacturing plants. What’s your job about? In the role of Analytical Research Technician, you will provide technical support in the preparation, execution and reporting of experimental analytical activities. You will work on studies in collaboration with research and technical development groups in Europe locally and globally. The primary focus of the job will be on technical problem-solving using liquid separation capabilities. For this position we are seeking a candidate who has excellent problem-solving skills and affinity with separation techniques (Liquide Chromatography) and mass spectrometry. Key roles & Responsibilities Safely executing analytical experiments with eg SEC, HPLC, LC-MS, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, new method application, and timely and high-quality reporting.
