Within your role as a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities include the safety and experience of our hotel guests. The work includes:  - Welcoming, checking in and checking out our hotel guests - Optimising the guest experience and ensuring they have an unforgettable time - Dealing with and resolving hotel guests' challenges and inconveniences - Various aministrative duties  - F&B work - Keeping guests informed of fun events in the area
