Head of Engineering – 60fte on tech vs. 5 tech companies – Amsterdam [110k + lease car]

Are you looking to work in a healthcare environment where you will be responsible for patient portals for 5 different companies? As Head of Engineering you are responsible for the patient-portal business unit and digitally connecting the different platforms while making the roadmap and connected system design decisions.

This company works on an e-health product that is being used in the Netherlands and is rapidly growing. They have 5 different separate companies involved and a total of 60fte on tech that you need to give guidance. They’re looking for a Head of Engineering who is experienced in the .Net-stack and will be mostly focused on tech road-mapping sessions, system design meetings, challenging the Eng. Managers for improving your team with 1-on-1’s.

Required skills:

Experience as a senior engineering manager or Head of Engineering

Hands-on and agnostic perspective on coding (PHP, .Net/C#, Python, Java)

Experience with system design and POCs

Experience with discussing roadmaps with tech leads

Experience with cloud & DevOps (K8 / Docker)

Fluently in Dutch!

115k base

Lease car

Hybrid in the Amsterdam office
