Your Role: As Front Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our hostel, overseeing the daily operations of our reception and security teams. Leading a team of 20-25 dedicated individuals, you'll ensure that every guest's first and last impressions are exceptional. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to create lasting memories for our guests and inspire your team to deliver a stand out service What You'll Do: - Lead and Inspire: Manage the Front Office Department, including Reception and Security, and ancillary services like the Travel Shop and Guest Lockers. - Team Engagement: Conduct shift briefings, team meetings, and management meetings.
