Salaris en aantal uur per week Salary: To be discussed ⚠ hours per week Start: As soon as possible ⚠/⚠/⚠ to ⚠/⚠/⚠ Over de functie The Department and Team The Regional Merchandising Coordinator plays a crucial role in executing the Merchandising Strategy for Underwear and Loungewear across EMEA. This position supports senior members of the Merchandising team to optimize the product assortment available to commercial channels and markets in Europe. The goal is to maximize the growth and profitability of the Underwear and Loungewear categories in the short, mid, and long term while maintaining alignment with the brand DNA and vision. The Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and consolidating information on product needs and opportunities from commercial markets and channels. This includes product sell-in and sell-out data, market and consumer trends, insights, and direct feedback from various stakeholders such as wholesale account managers, wholesale accounts, and retail store managers. Help translate global documents, overviews, and Excel sheets into regional versions to ensure accurate information at each product milestone for all cross-functional partners. Aid the team in creating and distributing sales tools to markets and channels to maximize sales in the short, mid, and long term. This includes documents for "train the trainer" sessions for new collections and collaborating with Marketing and Visual Merchandising. Assist in managing and tracking samples for the division. Provide support to the team with any ad-hoc tasks. The Ideal Candidate: Keen interest in a Merchandising career with a passion for fashion. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in stakeholder management and networking. Solid business and commercial insight. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix-based environment. Fluent in both written and verbal English.
