FRONT OFFICE MANAGERAs Front Office Manager you will create a warm welcome to your guests and team members providing an organized and nice atmosphere. This will involve keeping a high standard of service and commitment to your team. You will do everything you can to ensure your guests have the most enjoyable stay with us. You communicate clearly, with firm leadership skills. You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time and perform under pressure, while you are continuously highly motivated.Your day will consist of: - Manage and train the Front Office team by coordinating the activities of the front desk, duty management, guest services, and telephone areas - Prepare monthly reports and budget for Front Office department - Plan, develop and implement departmental goals - Co-ordinate and evaluate the department's financial performance - Create an exciting and motivating work environment with strong commitment within the team - Develop your team members in preparation for a next step or development of their personal skills - Arrange staff scheduling and payroll administration (e.g. approving working hours) - Monitor team performance to ensure consistent compliance on all Brand Standards - Ensure the front desk
