Talent Acquisition Lead For Customer Relations

Rituals is growing as we are steadily expanding in new territories, opening new stores and growing our online presence. Think globally (USA, Asia, Middle East) and think around opening 100 stores per year. And besides this, our ambitions are growing as well.

To ensure we can keep up with this growth, we are looking to add new talent to our Talent Acquisition team to support and join in our growth ambitions!

For this role, we are seeking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead who manages and inpires our recruiters for the global Customer Relations (CR) department. Together with your team (2 functional reports), you will help grow and stabalise the Customer Relations team and achieve inflow targets. Initiating improvements and coaching your team with a smile is what drives you. You see it as a challenge to take the recruitment processes to a new level and therefore your recruitment knowledge will be valuable. Through working closely together with the CR department on planning and forecasting, you are ahead of what's coming to ensure our recruitment targets are being hit. That being mentioned, focussing on recruitment metrics, kpi's and objectives is something that gets you enthusiastic, as with your skills you exactly know how to manage it.

As Talent Acquisition Lead for our Customer Relations department, you will additionally focus a lot on Talent pooling, including (inhouse) events and meet-ups for your business. You ensure we don't settle for less but only hire the best, brightest and most Rituals-minded people. A job that challenges your recruitment skills to the max!

YOU ARE ALL ABOUT

  • Searching, candidate experience, stakeholder management and you are eager to find the best ambassadors for Rituals.
  • Building the CR Recruitment strategy and employer branding plans to deliver business needs.
  • Recruitment; hiring our Team Leads, Traffic controllers and other additional roles within the CR team.
  • Coaching, guiding and supporting your team.
  • Delivering numerous successful (talent pool) events whilst maintaining and growing the talents pools itself, together with the team.
  • Being a great sparrings partner and talent advisor for the designated Customer Relations business, setting the team up for success.
  • Great stakeholder management, internal and external.
Being a strategic thinker you will be the right person for this role. For 40 hours per week, you deliver a new meaning towards 'aim big, act small':
