THE POSITION As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will work closely with the Cluster Chef to ensure the right quality of food is served to our guests. In Amsterdam North you need to be able to handle the work that comes with a hotel with 438 rooms, 2 meeting rooms, busy breakfast, and a restaurant with 60 covers. We serve large volumes of guests, in buffet-style and a la carte. You should have experience in managing a kitchen, creating menus, and ensuring food safety standards are met. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have good communication skills.
