We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic human resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting HR, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The HR Specialist will be responsible for handling a range of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

What we are looking for;

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.

- Native / professional Dutch language.

- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Understanding of Dutch labor law.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Agile, ability to manage tasks under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.

- Positive attitude with exceptional organizational abilities.

What You’ll Do;

Recruitment and Staffing:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse pool of applicants.

- Conduct reference checks and coordinate the offer and onboarding process.

Onboarding and Orientation:

- Facilitate new employee orientations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have the necessary tools and resources.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
